PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle window plate with frame and an assembling method of the vehicle window plate with frame, which has nice assembling property and excellent durability while having an embodiment where a decorative member is subsequently attached on a resin frame.SOLUTION: In a vehicle window plate with frame 10 of one embodiment of the present invention, first, a calked part 24 of boss 22 is inwardly inserted from outside of an attachment part 28 of a decorative member 16 and a head part 36 of end part of the boss 22 contacts to outer peripheral part of the attachment part 28 of the decorative member 16. Next, the calked part 24 of the boss 22 is inserted from outside into a hole part 26 of a resin frame 14 to inwardly project, and a washer 32 is inserted into the calked part 24. Next, the calked part 24 is melt with heat to form a calking part 30 by pressing a heating chip 34 on to the calked part 24 of the projecting boss 22. After that the heating chip 34 is removed from the boss 22. Thereby, the decorative member 16 is attached onto the resin frame 14 via the boss 22, thus the decorative member 16 is rigidly assembled on the resin frame 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4C |
