PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction of a sleeve penetration part of a building.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a sleeve penetration part of a building, a sleeve 20 is provided in a through hole 19 of an outer wall 10 (a structure with a through hole) of a building A. An opening 29 of an end part of the sleeve 20 is covered by a flexible cover part 31 of a cap material 30.
