PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for removing a developer on an image carrier in an image forming apparatus, the cleaning device capable of more effectively suppressing leakage of a developer at an end of a cleaning blade.SOLUTION: A cleaning device has a first developer scattering prevention part 15 provided on a cleaning blade assembly 11 side and a second developer scattering prevention part 16 provided on a housing part 12 side. Any one of the developer scattering prevention parts sandwiches the other, so as to prevent the generation of a gap between the cleaning blade assembly 11 and housing part 12 even during shaking of a cleaning blade of a shaking system and more effectively suppress leakage of a developer at an end of the cleaning blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
