The voltage shifting circuit is coupled to the input circuit and is configured to receive the input signal, the inverted input signal, and the delayed version of the inverted input signal. The voltage shifting circuit is configured to provide an internal signal having a voltage range between a second voltage and the ground voltage, the second voltage being higher than the first voltage. The output circuit provides an output voltage in the high-voltage range for the corresponding input voltage in the low-voltage range.
