Embodiments of the present invention disclose an improved method for smart healthcare management. The method comprises querying a card database via a card DBMS of a smart healthcare card comprising overall patient information of a patient using a smart healthcare card reader, adaptively and dynamically determining one or more contextual attributes of the overall patient information via identification, analysis and selection of one or more usable attributes based on the query, allowing selective access and retrieval of the one or more contextual attributes of the overall patient information by the smart healthcare card reader, analyzing the selectively accessed and retrieved contextual attributes using a host computing unit coupled to the smart healthcare card reader, recommending at least one of healthcare products, solutions, services and therapeutic regimens using the host computing unit coupled to the smart healthcare card reader and tracking efficacy of the at least one of recommended healthcare products, solutions, services and therapeutic regimens using the host computing unit coupled to the smart healthcare card reader. |
