Provided is an inkjet heating device that can reduce temperature unevenness of ink in an ink tank in the longitudinal direction of the ink tank. An ink heating device 80 is disposed in an inkjet recording device 1 and heats ink, wherein: the ink heating device 80 is equipped with an ink tank 50 in which a plurality of first ink tanks 51 and second ink tanks 52 for retaining ink are arrayed in the longitudinal direction and are molded as a single unit, and a planar heating member 61 that heats the ink tank 50; and the planar heating member 61 heats both longitudinal end sections of the ink tank 50 at a higher temperature than that of the longitudinal center section of the ink tank 50.
