The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light emitting apparatus usable in a wide temperature range of low and high temperatures. The light emitting apparatus comprises a light emitting panel, a secondary battery, a circuit, and a sealing body. The light emitting panel has a light emitting device. The light emitting device can use power, supplied by a secondary battery, to emit light. The circuit has an antenna, and can wirelessly charge the secondary battery. The sealing body comprises the light emitting panel, the secondary battery, and the circuit therein. The sealing body has a portion transmitting the light emitted by the light emitting device.
