The present invention relates to a dual mode laser probing system for fault injection attacks. The present invention includes a dual mode laser unit in which a flash pumped laser and a fiber laser or the flash pumped laser and a light emitting diode (LED) pumped laser are connected in parallel. The dual mode laser method in which the flash pumped laser and the fiber laser, or the flash pumped laser and the LED pumped laser are connected in parallel can significantly improve a frequency repetition rate without significant change in energy level. In addition, analysis on fault injection attacks is possible not only in a low frequency pulsed laser state but also in a high frequency pulsed laser state. |
