The purpose of the present invention is to provide convenience for an earphone user. According to the present invention, a mobile phone case functioning as earphones comprises: a case (400) in which a portable terminal is inserted and fixed, and which has grooves for a camera of the portable terminal and peripherals; an earphone cable storage space (300) formed on the lower part of the rear side of the case (400), and sealed with a plastic cover (200) which makes an earphone cable (18) embedded therein; a plastic cover top groove (31) formed on the upper end of the plastic cover (200) to eject the earphone cable (18) upwards; a plastic cover bottom groove (32) formed on the lower end of the plastic cover (200) to eject the earphone cable (18) downwards; multiple fixing pins (20) fixing the earphone cable (18) ejected from the plastic cover top groove (31) to the case (400); an earphone cable cord reel (100) making a flat spring (12) embedded on the inner part; an earphone cable winding part (42) wound around the flat spring (12) of the earphone cable cord reel (100); a cord reel button (60) connected with the earphone cable winding part (42), and allowing the earphone cable winding part (42) to be separated from the inner part of the earphone cable cord reel (100) when the button (60) is pressed; and an earphone head storage space (110) formed on one side of the upper part of the case (400), and formed to correspond to the shape of the outer circumferential surface of earphone heads (51, 52) so the earphone heads (51, 52) are inserted and fixed therein.
