The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Hanji-based non-woven fabric, wherein the Hanji is a traditional Korean handmade paper. More particularly, the manufacturing method of a Hanji-based non-woven fabric comprises: a condensing web manufacturing step to manufacture a condensing web by unfolding and collecting pure cotton and polylactic acid fibers; a forming web manufacturing step to manufacture a forming web by stacking condensing webs; a weight adjustment step to adjust weight per unit area of the forming web by drafting the forming web; a Hanji contact step to place Hanji at the front side of the drafted forming web; a first water punching step to manufacture a blended fiber binding forming web fibers with Hanji fibers by primarily water punching the forming web having the front side at which Hanji is placed; a dehydration step to dehydrate the blended fiber; a drying step to dry the blended fiber; and a melting step to melt the blended fiber. The Hanji-based non-woven fabric manufactured according to the present invention has improved tensile strength, tear strength, and air permeability. |
