PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which: in a conventional liquid crystal display panel using a metallic film as a light-shielding mask of a color filter, a parasitic capacitor with other wiring is generated to often cause a delay in signal; and if an organic film containing a black pigment is used as the light-shielding mask of the color filter, the manufacturing steps thereof increase.SOLUTION: In the present invention, lamination films of colored layers comprising two layers (lamination film of a red-colored layer 13 and a blue-colored layer 12, or lamination film of the red-colored layer 13 and a green-colored layer 11) are formed on an opposing substrate as light shielding portions 15 and 16 so as to overlap with TFTs on a device substrate without using a light-shielding mask (black matrix).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
