PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of manufacturing a three-dimensional workpiece by irradiating a plurality of layers of raw material powder with electromagnetic radiation or particle radiation.SOLUTION: A three dimensional workpiece manufacturing device 10 comprises: a process chamber 12 which stores a carrier 16 and powder application means 14 for applying raw material powder on the carrier 16; irradiation means 18 which irradiates the raw material powder applied on the carrier 16 with electromagnetic radiation or particle radiation selectively; a gas circuit 34 which includes a circulation path 36 adapted to supply gas to the process chamber 12 and discharge gas including impurities of fine particles from the process chamber 12; and a raw material powder circuit 42 which includes a circulation path 44 adapted to supply raw material powder to the process chamber 12 and discharge excessive raw material powder from the process chamber 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
