PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device for converting wind kinetic energy into electricity efficiently and economically.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a wind power turbine having an open frame structure and a central passage passing through the structure, at least three wind power energy taking blades arranged in a substantial vertical state, positioned around the central passage and rotatably installed, at least three wind power energy taking blades protruded from a central vertical axis of a device in a radial direction and kept substantially in a horizontal direction for accepting energy from both flows of wind perpendicular to the horizontal wind. The open frame structure includes a rod offset from an outer side of the frame and a unique central structure by cable. In one preferred embodiment, the frame structure is hung down from a rotatable hub placed at the top end of a fixed mast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
