PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a pixel, a digital circuit, and an analog processing circuit. The pixel has a function capable of outputting difference data. The analog processing circuit includes a constant current circuit, a current comparison circuit, and a control circuit. The constant current circuit has a function capable of making first current depending on the difference data flow. The current comparison circuit has: a function capable of supplying second current flowing in the constant current circuit depending on a variation of the difference data; and a function for making a determination signal be an active value depending on whether or not the second current is supplied to the constant current circuit. The control circuit has a function for performing control of stopping the functions of the constant current circuit and the current comparison circuit when the determination signal becomes the active value. The digital circuit performs operation when the determination signal becomes the active value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
