The invention relates to a device and to a method for drift correction for computer tomography, wherein, in a measurement, a workpiece to be measured is arranged between an x-ray source that emits x-radiation and an x-ray detector that receives the x-radiation and radiographs are recorded in a plurality of rotational positions between the workpiece and a computer tomography sensor system.
