PROCESSING AND USE OF FLUIDS OF THE REPRODUCTIVE TRACT FOR IMPROVING THE IN VITRO PRODUCTION OF EMBRYOS OF MAMMALS

The invention relates to the processing and use of fluids of the reproductive tract (biofluids) for improving the in vitro production of embryos of mammals, comprising the following steps: fractionating and processing the biofluids by means of a treatment of selection, purification, lyophilisation and the subsequent storage thereof; b) a method for sperm preparation in a culture medium supplemented with biofluids; c) in vitro fertilisation in a medium enriched with biofluids, and d) subsequent embryonic culture with in vitro development of the embryos obtained until any phase of the pre-implant development in media supplemented with biofluids.
