Disclosed in the present invention are a method, device, system and storage medium for identifying a donor station by a relay station. The method comprises: a relay station in an idle state receiving a broadcast message that is issued by a fixed base station and carries whether the fixed base station supports the relay function; the relay station accessing to a fixed base station i supporting the relay ability, receiving a dedicated message sent by the fixed base station i, and obtaining the information about whether a fixed base station adjacent to the fixed base station i supports the relay function; and during the moving process, the relay station performing a measurement operation for cell handover on an adjacent fixed base station that the relay station moves to and supports the relay function. |
