The present invention relates to an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer which is a polymer of a reaction mixture comprising: an aromatic vinyl-based compound; a cyanovinyl-based compound; a silicon-based compound having at least two unsaturated reactive groups; and an acrylic compound including a linear or a branched alkyl group of 4 to 20 carbon atoms. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising the aromatic vinyl-based copolymer has excellent matting properties, impact resistance, flowability, and material property balance therebetween.
