PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which can largely reduce a sieve opening failure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire has a process for molding a cylindrical body by winding an inner liner sheet member A and a tie rubber layer sheet member B to a molding drum 10. A tack value of a material which forms the sheet member A is smaller than a tack value of a material which forms the sheet member B, a laminated body M in which the sheet member B is laminated on an external periphery of the sheet member A in advance is wound to the molding drum 10, a length of the sheet member A is set as a length at which a winding start end part As and a winding finish end part Ae are not superimposed on each other, and a length of the sheet member B is set so that at least a winding finish end part Be is extended longer than Ae in a circumferential direction. By this constitution, when superimposing the winding finish end part Be on an external diameter side of a winding start end part Bs of the sheet member B and joining them, and winding a carcass layer to the external periphery of the laminated body which is wound to the molding drum, a joining part 11 of the laminated body and a joining part of the carcass layer are superimposed on each other in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
