PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool and a cleaning method for inside of a container, in which a container does not have to be decomposed since carrying in of the cleaning tool until carrying-out from the container, and a conical part of the container can be sufficiently cleaned.SOLUTION: A cleaning tool for inside of a container (silo cleaning tool 10) comprises: a first hollow tube (pressure resistant rubber hose 11) having flexibility and having a hollow part serving as a passage of compressed fluid; a second hollow tube (horizontal tube 13) having a connection part (pressure resistant rubber hose connection part 13a) to which a tip end of the first hollow tube is vertically connected, on a center of a longitudinal direction, and having rigidity and a hollow part communicating with the hollow part of the first hollow tube; two third hollow tubes (hoses 14) connected to both ends of the second hollow tube respectively, and having a hollow part communicating with the hollow part of the second hollow tube communicating with the hollow part of the first hollow tube respectively, and having flexibility; and a wire for carrying-out (rope 12) whose one end is fixed to a right side and/or left side of the second hollow tube relative to the center of the longitudinal direction, and for making the second hollow tube a vertical state from a horizontal state.
