PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backrest tool of a bag having a good sweat transpiration property.SOLUTION: A backrest tool body 1 is formed by a three-dimensional spring structure of a square plate shape having gaps. A ventilation fan 4 is incorporated in the center part of the backrest tool body 1. A power source BOX 5 is installed in a lower part. Belt passing holes 8, 9 are formed at right/left two positions of an upper end part of the backrest tool body 1 to allow shoulder belts 21, 22 of a satchel 20 to pass therethrough so as to be inserted/removed. In a state in which upper side shoulder belts 24, 25 are detached from lower side shoulder belts 27, 28, the upper side shoulder belts 24, 25 are made to pass through the belt passing holes 8, 9 of the backrest tool 10 of the bag, respectively. The backrest tool 10 is moved up to the vicinity of an upper end of the upper side shoulder belts 24, 25 and abuts a backrest face 23 of a satchel 20.
