PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel fixing apparatus and a wheel fixing method which can change a position for fixing a wheelchair arbitrarily, suppress modification cost of the wheelchair, and can reduce the volume during storage.SOLUTION: A wheel fixing apparatus comprises: a retractor 10 which is attached and detached to and from an arbitrary position of a rail 1; a tip fixing anchor 20 which is fixed to a tip of a retractor belt 11, and is attached and detached to and from an arbitrary position of the rail 1; a fixing belt 30 whose one end and the other end are connected to the retractor 10 side from the tip fixing anchor 20 of the retractor belt 11; and a connection belt 40 which connects a space between the one end and the other end of the fixing belt 30 and the retractor belt 11 between the one end and the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
