PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device capable of dealing with an increase in the speed of autofocus.SOLUTION: A lens driving device 100 comprises: a housing 40; a cylindrical lens holding member 2 housed in the housing 40 and capable of holding a lens body LE; an energizing member 60 for movably supporting the lens holding member 2 in an optical axis direction DR1; a driving mechanism 70 including driving magnets 3 for making the lens holding member 2 move in the optical axis direction DR1 and a coil 4; and position detecting means 80 for detecting a position of the lens holding member 2 in the optical axis direction DR1. The position detecting means 80 includes: a detecting magnet 5 fixed to the lens holding member 2; and a magnet detecting member 6 provided to face the detecting magnet 5. A plate-like member 9, on which a magnetic detection member 6 is mounted and on which a plurality of conductive members 9b conducted to the magnetic detection member 6 are provided, is arranged so as to be erected at the side part of the lens holding member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25 |
