PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system, a business support program, and a business support method for enabling a management authority holder who holds an authority to manage a dealer to execute appropriate processing to the dealer even when the customer information of the dealer is kept secret to the management authority holder.SOLUTION: A business support server which supports the business of a dealer who sells a product to a customer includes: function execution means for executing a specific function by using customer information indicating specific content related to the customer; unique information management means for managing the customer information for each dealer; and counter generation means for generating a counter of which a manager who holds an authority to manage the dealer is notified for each dealer. The counter generation means generates the counter on the basis of information which is not referable by the manager among the customer information managed by customer information management means (S141 and S142).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
