The present invention relates to: a vector expressing, on the surface of a microorganism, matrix 2 (M2) and hemagglutinin (HA2), which are antigen proteins specific to the influenza virus; and a microorganism transformed thereby and, more specifically, to: a surface expression vector comprising a poly-γ-glutamic acid synthetase complex gene (pgsA), a cholera toxin A1 subunit (CTA1), and genes encoding M2 and HA2, which are antigen proteins specific to the influenza virus; a recombinant microorganism transformed by the vector; and a vaccine for preventing an influenza virus infection, containing an antigen, which is obtained from the recombinant microorganism, as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the microorganism in which M2 and HA2 (CTA1-sM2HA2) antigen proteins bound to CTA1 are surface-expressed causes an excellent immunity reaction in various influenza A virus subtypes, and a microorganism surface-expressing M2 and HA2, which are antigen proteins specific to the influenza virus, is useful as a mucosal vaccine capable of direct oral or nasal application. |
