The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light emitting element having a light emitting peak around 620 nm, since wavelength of light perceived as good red is the wavelength around 620 nm. Also, the present invention is to provide a light emitting device emitting red light having high luminous efficiency (unit: cd/A). Provided is a light emitting element formed by using an organic metal complex represented by general formula (G1) as a guest material, and a low molecular weight compound as a host material. A light emitting device and an electronic device are also provided.
