The present invention relates to a fuel cell heat recovery ORC power generation system, and more specifically, to a fuel cell heat recovery ORC power generation system which uses high temperature exhaust hot water and exhaust gas produced during a fuel cell reaction process to directly preheat and heat a working fluid and generate power, thereby improving energy conversion efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel cell heat recovery ORC power generation system comprises: a fuel cell stack to generate electrons by oxidation and reduction reaction of gas, and generate electric energy by moving the electrons; an economizer installed on an exhaust duct connected to an exit of the fuel cell stack to recover heat of exhaust gas discharged through the exhaust duct and to directly vaporize a working fluid of liquid using the recovered heat; a turbine generator rotated by a working fluid of steam supplied by the economizer to generate electricity; a condenser to condense a working fluid of gas coming out after rotating the turbine into a liquid form by a coolant; and a transport pump to supply the working fluid in a liquid form to the economizer by pumping to circulate the working fluid. |
