The present invention relates to a stabilized tablet containing bupropion hydrochloride, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a tablet of bupropion hydrochloride, which is stable and easily prepared, by being prepared to contain 7.5-30 parts by weight of cysteine hydrochloride as a stabilizer for 100 parts by weight of the bupropion hydrochloride, and to contain 3-10 wt% of talc and calcium stearate based on total weight of the tablet as a lubricant, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
