PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which uses LEDs as a light source and is easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes: a cover; a housing 12; a mouth piece 13; and an LED module 14. The cover comprises two members which are a cover upper part 11a and a cover lower part 11b. The cover upper part 11a includes: a cover upper transmission part 11c which transmits light emitted by the LED module 14 to the outer side; and a cover upper diffusion/transmission part 11d which diffuses the light emitted by the LED module 14 and transmits the light to the outer side. The cover upper transmission part 11c is disposed in a substantially center part of the cover upper part 11a. The cover upper diffusion/transmission part 11d is disposed around the cover upper transmission part 11c. At least a part of the cover lower part 11b transmits light reflected or refracted in the cover to the outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
