PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reflection screen, the reflection screen, and a jig for a reflection layer formation capable of efficiently forming the reflection layer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a reflection screen including a lens surface 232 and non-lens surface 233 is a method of manufacturing a reflection screen 20 by forming a reflection layer 22 on the lens surface 232 of a laminate U having a lens layer 23 arranged with a plurality of unit lenses 231 so as to project toward the rear surface side, and includes a laminate arrangement step where the laminate U is arranged on the grounded metallic jig T with the surface of the opposite side down in which the reflection layer 22 is formed; a connection step where an outer peripheral edge of the surface of the side in which the reflection layer 22 of the laminate U is formed and the metallic jig T are connected by a conductive member V; and reflection layer formation step of coating a coating material included with a plurality of scaly metallic thin films 22a on the lens surface 232 of the lens layer 23 by a static coating method so as to form the reflection layer 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
