PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage authorities of a user for using services which can be provided from a plurality of service providers in a unitary manner independently of the service providers.SOLUTION: A storage part 12 of an authority management device 1 is configured to store provision approval information and user authority information. An authority inquiry reception part 171 is configured to, from a service providing device of any service provider among a plurality of service providers, receive identification information of the service provider, identification information of a user and identification information of a service requested by the user. An authority confirmation part 172 is configured to, on the basis of an approval state set in the provision approval information specified by the received identification information of the service provider and the received identification information of the service and a right state set in the user authority information specified by the received identification information of the user and the received identification information of the service, determine whether or not the provision of the service from the service provider to the user is permitted, and transmits the determination result to the service providing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
