摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photovoltaic cell and a light-emitting diode with an array of three-dimensionally fabricated electrodes.SOLUTION: An electroluminescent cell comprises: an array of micro electrodes on a substrate. The micro electrodes include a conductive or semi-conductive material, and have protuberant forms uniformly spaced part from one another. The micro electrodes consist of positive and negative electrodes. The conductive or semiconductive material of the positive electrodes is an electron acceptor material, whereas the conductive or semiconductive material of the negative electrodes is an electron donor material. The protuberant micro electrodes uniformly spaced part from one another are at least 150 μm in diameter, of which the heights are larger than the diameter. The interval of the protuberant micro electrodes uniformly apart from one another is 0.5-350 μm. The positive electrodes are selectively coated with a conductive polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
