PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage unit capable of improving the processing capacity.SOLUTION: The laminate has plural blocks which are separated in a first direction. Each of source layers are connected to the upper end of a first column in a memory string. Each of bit lines are connected to the upper end of a second column in the memory string included in a block selected from the plural blocks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
