PURPOSE:To provide the title unit designed so that, in particular, when e.g., gene is to be implanted into raw cells in a sample container being in a pressurized state, the raw cells are irradiated with laser beams, thereby preventing the local boiling or foaming at the laser beam-collected point on said raw cells to protect the raw cells from death. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams emitted from a laser source 10 are collected, by a beam-collecting means, on raw cells in a sample container 30. The container 30 is put to a pressurized state. The state after laser beam incidence is observed through a television camera 50 and a monitor television 51. A pressure regulator 42 is operated corresponding to the results of the observation, and the pressure within the container 30 is regulated so as not to cause local boiling or foaming at the laser beam-collected point on the raw cells. |
