Estimation of predisposition in all neoplasms is a major problem in cancer. The 3PCM Kit is characterized with three biomarker strategy including predisposing, preventive and predictive. This innovation is provided on the basis of presence of a polymorphic D1853N alteration in exon 39 of ATM gene. This marker is applicable by a simple PCR based reaction and specific primer. It can use at the diagnostic laboratories, cancer clinics and hospitals. Only 1-2 ml peripheral blood is adequate for DNA extraction by ARMS- PCR Test. This kit can use in variety of cancers and benign neoplasms, in the healthy relatives of cancer patients; and general population. The main strategy is to assay the predisposing capability of the cancer patients, patients with benign lesions, and apparently healthy individuals This will be followed by planning for an appropriate clinical- and/or a personalized management and improving different life styles including nutrition. |
