Method and apparatus for manufacturing double-sided labelstock in which label facestock is applied to each side of a release liner (200, 300). The release liner is adhesively coated and is then supported in a tenter by means of tenter clips (207, 304) while the adhesive is dried or cured. Subsequently, label facestock (211, 212, 311, 312) is applied to both sides of the release liner. The three-web laminate is then rewound into a master laminate roll (213, 313). |
