A full-automatic plastic package packing machine and a packing method therefor. Objects to be bundled are tidied through a tidying and centering mechanism (33) of a bundling unit (3) and are pushed through a horizontal pushing mechanism (35) to a pressing mechanism (32) to be fixed. A plastic tape used for bundling is fixed through a secondary press fit part (3204) in the pressing mechanism (32), and then the objects to be bundled are packaged and cut through a linear shape packaging and cutting mechanism (36) to finish bundling. The objects bundled are overturned through an overturning mechanism (34) and are conveyed to a film separating cover mechanism (52) of a packet thermal shrinkage unit (5) through a middle conveying unit (4). A horizontal money-pushing mechanism (53) arranged on the film separating cover mechanism (52) pushes the objects to a tray (551) of a vertical conveying mechanism (55), and plastic film packaging and cutting is finished through an L-shaped packaging and cutting mechanism (54) of the packet thermal shrinkage unit (5). The objects after being plastic packaged are conveyed to a hot shrinkage furnace (57) through the vertical conveying mechanism (55). The full-automatic plastic package packing machine adopts a packing mode of first bundling and then plastic packaging, and is compact in overall structure, good in packing quality and high in efficiency.
