Disclosed are a security check method, device, terminal and server, the method comprising: when a terminal user conducts a security check, conducting a local check by updating a check method, and acquiring a local check result; encrypting the local check result according to stored replacement credential information, and acquiring an encrypted check result; and transmitting to a server the encrypted check result, the local check result and the user information of the terminal user, such that the server determines that the local check result is trusted when the encrypted check result passes an authentication of the replacement credential information corresponding to the user information. By using an embodiment of the present invention, a malicious third-party cannot acquire replacement credential information, therefore a malicious third-party cannot complete a security check even after acquiring a local check result, such that the embodiment of the present invention improves the reliability of a security check, and ensures an access security of a network application. |
