The invention relates to an implant structure for fixing a dental prosthesis to the jaw, comprising an implant body which can be inserted into a jaw bone, said implant body comprising a recess, said implant structure also comprises an implant abutment (4) provided for receiving a dental prosthesis, said implant abutment having a front side (4b) via which it is inserted into the recess of the implant body, and anti-rotation means, first anti-rotation means being formed on the implant body and second anti-rotational means (24, 26) being embodied on the implant abutment (4). The first anti-rotating means comprises a row of projections and recesses which are arranged in an alternating manner, next to each other and are formed in the recess of the implant body. The second anti-rotation means comprises a row of recesses (26) and projections (24) which are complementary to the projections and recesses of the first anti-rotation means and which are arranged in an alternating manner next to each other and are arranged on the lower front side (46) of the implant abutment (4).
