A peristaltic pump having a plurality of rollers mounted on a rotor rotatable about an axis of rotation. The pump includes a cassette (5) comprising a flexible stator member (113) with a fixed portion secured to the cassette body, a second portion opposite the fixed portion, a reaction surface and a second surface opposite the reaction surface, the reaction surface being defined between the fixed portion and the second portion. The flexible tube (45) to be squeezed by the rollers is secured to the cassette body, wherein at least a portion of the tube is disposed against the reaction surface. |
