PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet for welding, a kit and a system providing real-time fume exposure monitoring function and fume exposure alarm function in an arc welding step.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A helmet 100 for welding, being constructed for protecting user's head part in a welding step, comprises an intellectual alarm device 120 and a pick up and outlet for air sample. The pick up and outlet for air sampling are connected to a base part side end part of an air sampling tube to collecting breathable air in welding headgear and a terminal end part of the air sampling tube is connected to an air sampling suction port of an external aerosol monitoring device. The intellectual alarm device is communicated with the external aerosol monitoring device in a manner where air sample output data may be communicated, and executes process of air sample output data for generating alarm data and/or alarm signal and/or alarm mode on the basis of a setting value of a predetermined exposure level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
