摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a collision of an own vehicle and an object such as a pedestrian, bicycle, motor cycle and the like to be avoided, when an opposite vehicle group in an opposite lane is in a running stop state and there is a possibility that the object scrambles out from inter-adjacent opposite vehicles to an own lane.SOLUTION: A drive assist system has: an own vehicle peripheral information detection unit 28; an own vehicle drive information detection unit 3; an opposite vehicle speed calculation unit 7; a sneaking through allowance width calculation unit 8 that calculates a sneaking-through allowance width of a side where an object such as a pedestrian in an opposite lane, bicycle therein and the like runs; an inter-vehicle distance calculation unit 9 that calculates an inter-vehicle distance of opposite vehicles; a scramble-out category selection unit 10 that selects a category of the object scrambling out from the opposite lane on the basis of the sneaking-through allowance width and the inter-vehicle distance; a scramble-out risk level determination setting unit 11 that determines a risk level of the object and sets the determined risk level; and a warning information notification control unit 12 that implements at least one of a notification of warning information and a vehicle control on the basis of the scramble-out risk level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
