PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure for a high-density pixel, in which layers above a gate electrode are effectively utilized.SOLUTION: A gate layer Gdr of a drive transistor Tdr is electrically connected to a capacitance electrode layer CA1 via a plurality of relay electrodes QB2, QC2, QD1, a conduction hole HE4 penetrating an insulation layer LD1 and an insulation layer LD0, a conduction hole HD2 penetrating an insulation layer LC, a conduction hole HC4 penetrating an insulation layer LB, and a conduction hole HB3 penetrating an insulation layer LA. A capacitance electrode layer CA0 connected to the capacitance electrode layer CA1 is formed on a face of the insulation layer LD0; and a first power line layer 41 is formed on a face of the insulation layer LC formed on a face of the insulation layer LB where a signal line 26 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
