PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a mixed color without deterioration of sensitivity.SOLUTION: In each pixel (R pixel (red pixel), G pixel (green pixel), B pixel (blue pixel)) other than a W pixel (white pixel), which neighbors the W pixel, a shading film which is thicker than the W pixel is formed at the position neighboring the W pixel. Also, with regard to each RGB pixel other than the W pixel, the thickness of the shading film is formed thicker as a wavelength is shorter.
