PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter wheel capable of machining a scribe line by being inserted into a narrow scribe street, while a blade edge angle maintains an obtuse angle similarly to a conventional cutter wheel, and to provide a manufacturing method of the cutter wheel.SOLUTION: In a cutter wheel 1A which is formed of hard material which can be machined by electrical discharge machining, and on which a blade edge 2 having an obtuse blade edge angle is formed on an outer peripheral surface by grinding, a recess part 3 is formed by cutting by electrical discharge machining, each part of right and left slant faces 2a and 2b of the blade edge in a state where a tip part of the blade edge 2 having an obtuse angle is left as it is, on the vicinity of a ridge line of the blade edge 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
