PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform a spontaneous state notification to an external device.SOLUTION: An external device provides, in response to the establishment of communication with a communication device, the communication device with a state notification request to make, when a change in the internal state of the communication device is made, a response indicating the change.
