PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interleave circuit having a conductor branch part with compact configurations.SOLUTION: An interleave circuit 35A includes a metal base 40, an insulating layer 41, a first conductor member 51 with first branch conductors 51a to 51d, a second conductor member 52 with second branch conductors 52a to 52d, and a jumper conductor 90 formed of a part of the metal base 40. The jumper conductor 90 includes a branch-side metal part 91, a pad-side metal part 92, and a bridge 93 and is electrically separated from a metal base body 40a. The bridge part 93 is formed between the branch-side metal part 91 and the pad-side metal part 92. The branch-side metal part 91 is electrically connected to connecting terminals 71a to 71d of the branch conductors 51a to 51d via branch-side connecting members 72a to 72d penetrating the insulating layer 41. The pad-side metal part 92 is electrically connected to an electrode pad 81 via a pad-side connecting member 88. The bridge part 93 has an intersection 93a three-dimensionally intersecting with a third conductor member 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
