a content receiving unit configured to receive a high dynamic range image and luminance information of the high dynamic range image; an image processing unit configured to perform tone mapping based on the luminance information to convert the high dynamic range image into a low dynamic range image; and a display unit configured to display the low dynamic image, wherein the luminance information includes an image maximum luminance value and an image minimum luminance value of the high dynamic range image.
