摘要 The invention relates to a power converter arrangement (1) with a power converter (2), which can be connected to a DC voltage line on the DC voltage side and to a multiphase AC voltage line (7) on the AC voltage side, and with a short-circuit unit (22) which is arranged on the AC voltage side of the power converter (2). The short-circuit unit (22) comprises conductor branches corresponding to the phases of the AC voltage line (7) and at least one switching device. The invention is characterized in that the conductor branches of the short-circuit unit (22) can be connected to the AC voltage line and/or to each other without a ground connection by means of the at least one switching device, thereby achieving a symmetrical short-circuit in the AC voltage line (7). The invention further relates to a method for separating a multiphase AC voltage line (7), wherein a symmetrical short-circuit is generated in the AC voltage line without a ground connection by means of a short-circuit unit (22) paired with the AC voltage line in the event of an asymmetrical ground fault in the AC voltage line, and the AC voltage line is separated in response thereto by means of a switching arrangement (17) arranged in the AC voltage line.
