The invention discloses an oligosaccharide mixture comprising 5-70 wt% of at least one N-acetylated oligosaccharide, 5-90 wt% of at least one neutral oligosaccharide, 2-50 wt% of at least one sialylated oligosaccharide, and/or 5-70 wt% of at least one fucosylated oligosaccharide. The invention also discloses a food product, especially an infant formula, comprising said oligosaccharide mixture. The invention discloses an oligosaccharide mixture comprising 5-70 wt% of at least one N-acetylated oligosaccharide, 5-90 wt% of at least one neutral oligosaccharide, 2-50 wt% of at least one sialylated oligosaccharide, and/or 5-70 wt% of at least one fucosylated oligosaccharide. The invention also discloses a food product, especially an infant formula, comprising said oligosaccharide mixture. A water-dispersable polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting: at least one polycarbonate polyol; optionally, a polyester polyol which is different from the polycarbonate polyol; optionally, a low molecular weight compound containing two or more hydroxy and/or amino groups; optionally, a compound which is monofunctional in terms of reaction with NCO groups or which contains active hydrogen atoms differing in reactivity, these units being located in each case at the chain end of a polymer containing urethane groups; at least one compound containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups and at least one group capable of forming anions; and a polyisocyanate component comprising ≥ 5 weight- % to ≤ 95 weight-% of hexamethylene diisocyanate and ≥ 5 weight- % to ≤ 95 weight- % of diisocyanatodicyclohexylmethane and/or isophorone diisocyanate, the total weight percentages amounting to ≤100 weight-%. The resultant polyurethane resin contains from 1.5% to 25.0% by weight of incorporated carbonate groups -O(C=O)O-. |
